The project

The environmental project Eco4Cargo promotes the environmental corporate responsibility and the Corporate Social Responsibility by neutralizing the greenhouse emissions of business shippings, increasing also the sustainability of the supply chain. Moreover, it helps the reporting of the business’ carbon footprint, in compliance with the D.Lgs. 254/16 that defines the criteria and the obligations for the reporting of non economic aspects.

The calculation of the carbon footprint is realized through a web platform, while the compensation of the greenhouse gases happens through the support to environmental protection projects internationally recognized and certified.

At the same time the project supports also other initiatives of compensative urban reforestation realized in Italy by Rete Clima… So if your company is close to where the reforestation is realized you can come plant your trees together with us!
